Beautiful Historic Craftsman built in 1924 undergoes a modern facelift for a young urban family. In keeping with the original modes of the time, the home was dark and showing its age. Staying true to the philosphy of the Craftsman design aesthetic, it was reinterpreted for a modern life. The house is open and engaged, mixing both old and new, preserving the geometrics but softening the transitions.
