with a background in studio art and a lifelong love of design, I opened one of the first green home furnishings boutiques in 1993. eco-fluence studios was located in deep ellum, a hip, vibrant art enclave in dallas., texas and offered a curated mix of vintage furnishings, modern home accessories, european toiletries and aromatherapy diffusers — then a new frontier in home design.
a private studio tucked behind the shop hosted saturday workshops in mono-printing, botanical pressings, and artful home projects. by client request, we began designing and styling interiors, and an interior design studio was born. residential interiors were soon joined by surface design, custom props for local restaurants and window installations.
my personal interior design practice was formally established in dallas in 1995 and relocated to los angeles, california in 2005, where the studio continues to evolve today.
i believe Beauty can exist within practicality, and i take pride in enhancing daily life through thoughtful, highly personal design. my work is grounded in balance — creating environments that are clean, enduring, and intentional, while remaining deeply responsive to how people live and drawing from a wide range of architectural and stylistic influences.
i design lifestyle spaces that reflect my clients' goals AND personalities, guiding them with confidence and care beyond the familiar to create interiors that feel authentic, expressive, and distinctly their own.
a passion for PHOTOGRAPHY, art and nature brings clarity to my work, informing the language of materials, form, proportion, and the fabrication of architectural elements. a lifelong curiosity and love of travel have taken me throughout the americas, Europe and Africa — continually expanding my visual library and shaping a nuanced, globally influenced design perspective.
the journey is just as meaningful as the destination. I strive to offer clients a design experience that is considered, thoughtful, and deeply personal — one that feels intuitive and grounded throughout the process. I look forward to creating spaces that meaningfully reflect how you live.
